It describes your dog's personality, strengths and challenges. It includes what kind of and environment your dog can thrive and be happy in.
Some people are using this report to aid in finding service dog and therapy dog prospects!
On a personal note - I ran this report for my service dog, Sophie, and I found her report to be very accurate! (I used Sophie's photo for this report. <3)
You do need a birth date and approx. place for your dog. Birth Time is optional.
