This is a beautiful larger Rainbow Labradorite crystal Skull! It is considered "Rainbow Labradorite" because of the rainbow colored flashes visible from different angles! It has a darker overall coloring and lovely shimmery quality (vs. the colored flash) from a high HORNBLENDE present. The flashes have the fairly standard blue/green/gold BUT this one also has orange, and hints of pink and lavender. Small sparkles/shimmery areas are present throughout, too, because of a high Hornblende content in the stone. Super cool! As always, the flashes become visible from different angles as you move the stone around in your hands. They are hard to accurately photograph. Much nicer 'in person' than the photos can show.
The stone has very organic patterns and inclusions, some of which you can feel subtly as you run your fingers over the stone! They can resemble small pinpricks, small notches, OR fine lines/linear indents on the surface of the stone. These areas come from inclusions that were close to the surface as the stone was polished. ALL inclusions present come from 100% natural formations in the stone. I always pick my stones by energy FIRST! Nicer 'in person' than the photos show. I guarantee it!
