This is a GREEN GOLDSTONE crystal pendant. It is a man-made stone. Shown next to a US quarter coin for size comparison. The setting and bail are silver toned metal. I'm not sure of the composition, and the price reflects this.
It has a DEEP green coloring and gets its sparkles from Chromium, rather than Copper (which is found in Goldstone and Purple Goldstone). It's sometimes also known as "Chrome Aventurine" for this reason. It's hard to find this particular kind of Green Goldstone, with the beautiful larger "flake" sparkles, these days. It has a deep green coloring with shimmery areas and sparkles all throughout. This piece is thin enough that you can hold it up to a light box/bright light and see some interesting patterns and more of the green color, as shown in one of the photos.
There may be tiny organic spots here and there from inclusions that were close to the surface as the stone was polished. They can resemble tiny pinpricks/indents, or light scuffs on the surface.
