This is a small natural AQUAMARINE crystal specimen. Shown next to a US quarter coin for size comparison. This crystal itself comes from Pakistan. It has a pale blue coloring, which becomes more or less visible depending on the lighting and what color of background it is viewed against (dark vs light). There are interesting formations throughout, and some cool small shimmery areas here and there that show up as you move the stone around in your hands. Best seen in bright light/sunlight.
It weighs about 0.6oz / 18 grams / 90 carats and measures approximately 1 3/4" inches long (on the longest side) X 5/8" inch wide at the widest point X 1/2" inch thick at the thickest point. Code-010823-16
Aquamarine is a blue-green member of the Beryl family.
It is said to strengthen ones connection to the High Self and support meditative states, serenity, tranquility and the wise use of one’s power.
It's used to promote a sense of courage during times of intense stress. It supports calm communication, healing and self-awareness. It somewhat assists with strengthening the aura.
It assists in letting go of judgments and supports the acceptance of others. It's helpful when feeling overwhelmed with burdens and responsibilities.
Traditionally it is said to be attuned to the sea, protecting sailors and other travelers on water. It is used to connect to the Water Spirits (Devas) of the sea.
